Social networking site Facebook could soon become a ‘business networking’ haven as well, thanks to ‘Facebook CRM, a new software application that enables customer relationship management (CRM) on the popular site.
\'Facebook CRM\' is created and developed by software development company LINK Development, which is a subsidiary and sister concern of LINKdotNET. Link Development is also an Orascom Telecom company. It is designed to enable companies to communicate with and handle queries from customers through Facebook.
The new application by Link Development adapts Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology to the Facebook platform. "Link Development is always committed to bringing better business solutions in the market. Integrating Facebook as the latest communication medium with customers is another way of adding flexibility and convenience to businesses by offering service where users like to be online," explained Hanan Abdel Meguid, CEO of LINK Development.
